Practice Director Medical Practice ManagerLocation: Preston Center Dallas TX (On-site)Compensation: $80000 to $95000 base up to 20% annual bonus (paid quarterly)A growing luxury concierge wellness practice in Dallas is seeking an experienced Practice Director to oversee daily operations elevate the patient experience and lead a high-performing team. This is a hands-on player-coach leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence across scheduling patient communications billing team leadership and office workflows while partnering closely with executive leadership to support continued ideal candidate has experience leading operations in a medical practice medical aesthetics concierge medicine or another high-touch service environment. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills a hospitality mindset financial and operational accountability and the ability to build systems while coaching and supporting a small team.
