Job Title:Practice Coordinator

Location(s):San Francisco CA


Schedule:

  • MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM.
  • No weekends.

Duration:

  • Initially 8 weeks to cover a leave of absence (LOA); extension is possible.

Job Duties:

  • Provide back-office administrative support for the clinic.
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative activities.
  • Handle approximately 1020 patient calls per day.
  • Provide professional and responsive patient/customer service.
  • Perform duties with accuracy attention to detail and accountability.
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively with the clinic team and assist with resolving issues as needed.

Required Experience:

  • 23 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

  • APeX training/experience is required. Non-APeX-trained candidates will not be considered.
  • Full medicals are required for all candidates whether the position is onsite hybrid or remote.
  • This position is not expected to convert to permanent; it is intended to cover an employee on LOA.
