Practice Administrator I

TMH Physician Partners is looking for a Practice Administrator I at our Bradfordville Primary Care Clinic. The Practice Administrator I is responsible for the administrative operational financial and human resource management of one or more physician practice locations within a large multi-specialty medical group. This position ensures effective delivery of ambulatory services achievement of financial and operational goals regulatory compliance and an exceptional patient experience. The Practice Administrator I partners closely with physicians clinical leaders and centralized corporate departments to support organizational objectives.

Minimum Required Education:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Public Health Nursing or related field

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 3-4 years progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience managing healthcare teams.
• Experience in ambulatory care physician practice management or multi-site healthcare operations.
