Powertrain Control's Integration Engineer

You will be responsible for delivering control software and integration solutions that directly impact the performance of physical vehicles taking ownership from development through successful program execution. In this role you will lead commissioning activities troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive milestone reviews with the autonomy to own decisions and deliver results. You will serve as the Controls department representative at key program and vehicle launch meetings communicating technical progress and challenges to stakeholders and leadership with varying levels of technical expertise. Working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Brakes Body Controls and Calibrationyou will gain broad systems engineering experience while contributing to the successful integration and launch of vehicle features.

• Education:Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Controls Computer Science or a related field).
• Vehicle Experience:2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging physical vehicles.
• Software Literacy:2 years of experience in roles requiring a strong understanding of embedded software code
• Calibration Tools:2 years of experience with calibration and diagnostic toolsets (e.g. ATI Vision CANalyzer PTDIAG EOL tools or equivalent major automotive tools).
• Quality & Validation:2 years of experience with Design Verification (DV) and the Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) processes.
• Agile Methodology:1 years of experience working in a Scaled Agile framework utilizing Jira.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully interfacing cross-functionally across multiple engineering disciplines
• Exceptional communication skills and a self-motivated drive to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
