Powerhouse Equipment Operator - Crew D
Location: Onsite Kohler WI Competitive Compensation: $31.77 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium Shift: 3D Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Operate inspect and troubleshoot all Powerhouse equipment and Plant Utility systems in a manner that is efficient financially responsible and responsive to customer needs. Monitor respond to and react appropriately to fire system alarms and trouble conditions. Perform all duties in accordance with established guidelines and procedures while maintaining a strong focus on personal and team safety. This position requires flexibility to provide coverage for open shifts on both day and night schedules as business needs dictate. Training and development for the role will be completed during normal dayshift business hours to ensure consistent skill growth and operational effectiveness. Working conditions include a heavy industrial environment with potential exposure to heat cold dust dirt coolants oils noise elevated work areas and confined spaces. The role requires the ability to bend lift and push materials weighing 40 pounds or more. Skills/Requirements
High School diploma or GED Must hold and maintain a valid drivers license and meet Kohler Company MVR guidelines Must pass a technical skills assessment Must provide and maintain personal tools for the role Additional Requirements Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
