• Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  
  
• Follow proper pressure washing soft washing and cleaning procedures
  
  
• Assist with setup and breakdown of hoses equipment tools and materials
  
  
• Clean exterior surfaces such as sidewalks building exteriors breezeways parking areas dumpster pads and other surfaces
  
  
• Follow job checklists and company cleaning procedures
  
  
• Maintain a professional attitude around customers tenants property managers and team members
  
  
• Help keep company tools equipment and vehicles clean and organized
  
  
• Perform general labor as needed to complete each job properly
  
  

• No pressure washing experience required
  
  
• Valid drivers license required
  
  
• Ability to perform general labor and lift carry pull or move up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
  
  
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around commercial properties
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  
  
• Reliable punctual and willing to learn
  
  
• Pressure washing landscaping maintenance construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required
  
  

• Part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time
  
  
• Monday through Friday
  
  
• Optional weekend shifts may be available
  
  
• Hours may vary based on job schedule and workload
  
  
• Additional hours available as the company grows
