We are looking for an innovative and driven Digitalization & AI Specialist to join our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to act as a technical owner and implement scalable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and create efficiencies across the organization. You will be at the intersection of Business Digitalization AI and Automotive Sales making a significant impact on our key business processes.Â
What Youll Do & The Impact Youll Make:Â
Architect Digital Solutions:Â Define and implement the system architecture for core OE Sales processes designing and deploying data-driven applications and automation solutions like workflows and low-code applications.Â
Engineer Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust data pipelines data models and analytics solutions for critical sales and financial data to provide actionable insights.Â
Implement and Scale AI:Â Lead the implementation of impactful AI use cases including AI-supported decision tools for pricing and forecasting generative AI copilots for document automation and advanced agentic workflows.Â
Ensure System Integration:Â Act as the technical owner for key digital platforms (e.g. CRM ERP) ensuring seamless integration and collaborating with IT and central digital teams on cloud architecture security and governance.Â
Drive Innovation: Evaluate pilot and scale emerging AI technologies to ensure they deliver tangible business impact and support business teams with your technical expertise and advanced analytics capabilities.Â

Qualifications :
Required:
37 years of experience in Digitalization Data Engineering AI or a related IT role.Â
Proven experience in automation data platforms or system integration.Â
Strong skills in data engineering and analytics including SQL Python and data modeling.Â
Experience with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure.Â
Hands-on experience with data platforms like Databricks (or similar).Â
A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Â
A proactive hands-on attitude with strong ownership and excellent communication skills.Â
Minimum Qualifications:Â
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.Â
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Finance Supply Chain or a related field.Â
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.Â
