The anticipated application window will close on August 22 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesProvide accurate technical information to customers to support generator diagnostics and repairMaintain high level of phone and email response rates to customer enquiriesTravel to support technical customer issues and provide product training as requiredAnalyze warranty claims to identify any emerging product concernsPrioritize product quality concerns for resolution with the manufacturing and engineering teamsDrive conformance to JCB standards for service concern closure and field actionCommunicate with global service teams on common service and product concerns and work collaboratively on resolutionsSupport testing of failed components to ascertain detailed failure informationCommunicate any necessary product field action via technical bulletins product updates e-mail and phoneOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsAbility to read advanced electrical schematics and control logic flowsStrong technical diagnostic skills on power generation equipment and components5 years of experience in power generation and internal combustion engine equipment maintenance and repairExperience working with large rental fleets preferred but not requiredMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
