Role: Power Platform & Copilot Studio Support Specialist (W2 Position)

Location: Dearborn MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Azure Microsoft Sharepoint Powershell

Experience Required:

• Support Specialist with 5 experience providing IT operational and engineering support

Experience Preferred:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities:

• 3-5 years supporting Power Platform including Power Apps and Cloud Flows
• Understanding of low code development using Power Apps Power Automate flows Dataverse and Copilot Studio agents
• Knowledge of citizens development ALM strategies security/compliance and platform/operations management
• Basic understanding of scripting languages and full stack development using programming languages such as Power Shell Python and C#
• Experience using and supporting services for Microsoft 365 and including Power BI SharePoint Exchange Office Apps Entra Identity and Microsoft Azure
• Basic understanding of AI technology including Large Language Models (LLMs) data grounding and knowledge sources orchestration agentic automation MCP services and responsible AI guardrails
• Understanding of agile project management good communication and team collaboration
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
