Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Administrator

Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Administrator to be part of a dynamic and high performing team designing implementing and transitioning a government customer to a new M365 GCC tenant. The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery of these power platform support fulfilling customer/developer requests and troubleshooting complex incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates.
- Provide end-to-end service support for Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Dynamics365.
- Manage the change control management process of future changes releases updates and enhancements of the Dynamics365 environments.
- Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies.
- Power Platform environment life cycle management
- Manage Power BI environment and workspaces.
- Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability security and performance of the managed services.
- Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams.
- Participate in the adherence planning and analysis of the operational budget for managed services.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.
- Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status progress on agreed deliverables and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
Qualifications:
- Ability to attain DHS EOD
- BA 10 years applicable experience AA 12 years applicable experience or 16 years experience
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting Power Platform
- A full understanding of Power Automate
- Strong Communication Skills be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Pay Range:
