Job Summary
Job Description:
- Set up and operate Nordson Powder Paint Equipment
- Keep paint booths and washers in proper condition including cleaning and maintenance
- Verify quality by using various types of measuring devices
- Communicate with Group Leader regarding issues impacting Paint Rooms ability to meet quality and production goals
- Train new paint room employees and provide ongoing training for others
- Available to go to 2nd shift in peek demand situations
- Available to work overtime with short notice
- Maintain washers to proper PH and concentration levels
Qualifications :
Employee Specifications:
- Previous painting operating experience a plus
- Must be able to use various gauges
- Good communication skills; Must be a team player
