Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable hardworking individual to join a leading manufacturer in the Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial area for an immediate start. This is a high-volume production role focused on high-quality metal finishing. The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing and coating various metal parts to ensure a durable high-quality finish. This role involves manual and automated spray application line loading and quality inspection in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Hours: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday

• Shift: 4x10 schedule (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)

• Overtime: Must be available for overtime on Fridays as required

• Start Date: Immediate (Tomorrow) 1 2

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Apply protective powder coatings to various metal surfaces using specialized spray equipment.

• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to coating including masking critical areas.

• Load and unload parts from moving conveyor lines and racks.

• Inspect finished products for adhesion thickness and color consistency.

• Maintain and clean spray guns booths and filters daily.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines. 1 2 3 4 5

Job Requirements

• Experience: Previous industrial powder coating or spray painting experience is preferred.

• Physical: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for long 10-hour shifts.

• Safety Gear: Steel-toed boots are required.

• Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time attendance. 1 2 3 4 5
