Yourexpertisein surface preparation paint application and curing processes will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of appearance functionality of our products contributing to overall customer satisfaction. You willoperatemanual paint guns on the powder coat line as well as spraying parts.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Surface Preparation:Thoroughly clean and prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by using various methods such as cleaning agents sanding masking and other surface preparation techniques.
• Powder Coating Application: Skillfully apply powder coatings to metal products using electrostatic spray guns ensuring even and consistent coverage while minimizing waste.
• Curing Process:Operatecuring ovens to properly cure the powder coating adhering to specified time and temperature settings to achieve the desired finish.
• QualityControl:Inspectfinishedproductsforflawsirregularitiesandadherence to quality standards; perform necessary touch-ups or rework as needed tomaintainhigh-quality finishes.
• Equipment Maintenance:Maintain andclean powder coating equipment ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling materialsoperatingequipment and working in the powder coating area.

Preferredqualifications:

CandidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingEducational/Technicalrequirements:

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
• Technicalcertificationorvocationaltraininginpowdercoatingapplicationor relatedfieldis preferred but not mandatory.
• Additionaltraininginsurfacepreparationpaintapplicationandequipment maintenance is an advantage.
