- Experience utilizing ex vivo airway epithelial cell models including air-liquid interface (ALI) culture systems.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting transcriptomic datasets (e.g. RNA-seq).
- Experience working with swine or other large animal models in infectious disease research.
- Record of scientific productivity demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications conference presentations technical reports or other scholarly communications.
