Position Overview
The Vogel Lab has published extensively in the fields of proteomics and systemsbiology and is now expanding into translation regulation (see Cell Reports 2024Nature 2025 BioRxiv 2023). Planned projects use a range of molecular biologyapproaches to characterize specific pathways involved in disease. Current workincludes studying translation regulation of genes implicated in neurodegeneration(BioRxiv 2025); applicants are also encouraged to bring in their own ideas.

Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in biological sciences or related field
Successful candidates will have experience in proteomics and systems biology
Ability to contribute to a collaborative and student-centered academic community
Strong verbal/written communication skills are essential

Work Location
