POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in our fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making can act quickly and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements then we want to hear from you!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Feeding clean items into machines that fold or iron
• Sorting and packing linens for delivery to hospital partners
• Sort soiled linens or recently washed linens
• Stand walk bend twist and reach throughout the shift
• Work around industrial machinery in varying temperatures and conditions (dust humidity noise etc.)
• Meet production standards and KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Good analytical skills to be able to determine the number of carts required for orders.
• Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to stand and move for entire work shift
• Ability to stand walk bend twist and reach throughout the shift

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a laundry or production environment

• Physical and mental ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
