A growing manufacturer is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee a high-volume production area and drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety quality delivery productivity and cost.

This role is ideal for a Production Manager Operations Manager Manufacturing Manager or Manufacturing Engineering Manager who enjoys developing teams improving processes and leading operational change.

Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing operations and production performance
Drive Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop supervisors operators and support staff through coaching and accountability
Improve throughput labor efficiency quality OEE and overall operational performance
Partner with Supply Chain Maintenance Quality and Engineering to meet production goals
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
Manage budgets cost reduction initiatives and capital improvement projects

Qualifications:
5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Experience leading supervisors and production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in plastics injection molding packaging consumer products medical device assembly or similar manufacturing environments preferred

Compensation:
$115000-$135000 base salary
