A growing technology-driven electronics manufacturer is expanding its engineering manufacturing quality and technical leadership teams. We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in PCB PCBA SMT or EMS manufacturing environments.

This is an opportunity to join a highly advanced manufacturing organization supporting complex electronic products in a high-mix low-to-medium volume production environment.

Areas of Interest:

• SMT Process Engineering ($100000-$140000)
• SMT Programming and Manufacturing Engineering ($90000-$130000)
• PCB / PCBA Technical Quality Leadership ($130000-$170000)
• Engineering and Operations Leadership ($150000-$180000)

Responsibilities:

• Support and improve PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes
• Develop optimize and troubleshoot SMT production operations
• Drive quality yield throughput and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation activities
• Collaborate with engineering manufacturing quality and customer teams
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and industry standards

Preferred Experience:

• PCB and PCBA Manufacturing
• Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
• Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
• AOI SPI X-Ray ICT and Functional Testing
• IPC Standards and Quality Systems
• DFM DFA and Manufacturing Process Development
• Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement
• High-Mix Low-to-Medium Volume Manufacturing Environments

Requirements:

• Experience within PCB PCBA SMT or EMS manufacturing environments required
• Strong technical understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
• Engineering manufacturing quality programming or leadership experience within electronic manufacturing
• Bachelors degree preferred for engineering and leadership opportunities
