Post-Doctoral Fellows – Veglia Lab

Two Post-Doctoral Fellow positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Filippo Veglia. The Veglia lab focuses on the study of molecular and metabolic perturbations that drive the reprogramming of myeloid cells in the brain tumor microenvironment with a final goal to identify novel therapeutic strategies to target immunosuppressive myeloid are seeking two highly motivated postdoctoral fellows to investigate the mechanisms regulating the differentiation and function of immune cellsspecifically myeloid cells and T lymphocyteswithin the glioblastoma microenvironment. The fellows will also evaluate novel therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy for patients with glioblastoma.A strong background and publication record in tumor immunology is essential. Additional expertise in immunology myeloid cell biology CAR T cells T cells mouse models and flow cytometry is highly valued.
