Work Shift:

2. Manages team performance to ensure SLA are met and/or exceeded.
3. Supports ad hoc quality and control requests specific to Post Closing performance results.
4. Partner with management to align on overall risk ratings.
5. Provide a monthly summary report and findings to sales fulfillment and Post Closing leadership on performance results to proactively identify potential salability issues. Drive root cause analysis and applicable action plans related to process and/or technology changes.
6. Assist and/or facilitates leadership training programs targeted toward department needs or individual teammate issues.
Required Qualifications:

1. College degree and 2 years work experience in a back office operations area
2. Demonstrated successful management of a team of 5 people
3. Strong understanding of mortgage documentation
4. Ability to support multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity importance and involvement
5. Excellent interpersonal leadership analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Detail-oriented motivated and function well in a team environment
8. Must exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly comprehend information
9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
