The Post Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Review lender closing documents for accuracy including title vesting and required signatures.
- Prepare final closing packages disbursement checks and related closing documentation.
- Review and balance closing ledgers wire instructions and payoff details for accuracy.
- Submit signed closing documents to lenders for funding approval.
- Coordinate with attorneys agents settlement officers and lenders to satisfy closing requirements.
- Disburse funds and distribute executed documents in a timely manner.
- Facilitate recording of post-closing documents including Deeds Mortgages Assignments and UCC filings.
- Maintain escrow accounts and resolve post-closing issues or discrepancies as needed.
- 2 years of title post-closing or processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of title escrow and real estate closing procedures.
