Portfolio Management Compliance Specialist
JIRA Clarity ServiceNow Risk and Compliance Finance

Developing structured test scripts and testing methodologies to evaluate PMO controls.
Reviewing financial records to ensure capital and operational expenditures
Documenting exceptions or failures where controls were bypassed failed or found to be ineffective.
Audit and walkthrough control with internal and external stakeholders

Testing Design and Operating Effectivenss

Role Descriptions:

Portfolio Compliance Specialist Defines and enforces the project management framework (eg. Agile Waterfall Hybrid) that all business units must follow.

Facilitates critical Go/No-Go checkpoints if project fails to meet compliance quality or data standards.

Identifies financial red flags early analyzing programs are over-budget or failing to realize their project Return Translate project data into clean dashboards Developing structured test scripts and testing methodologies to evaluate PMO controls.

Reviewing financial records to ensure capital and operational expenditures Documenting exceptions or failures where controls were bypassed failed or found to be ineffective.

Quality assurance background experience in Controls
