Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Porter/Landscaper/Groundskeeper tojoin our team with Ambo Properties. This role is critical in preparing apartment homes for new residents ensuring the property is clean safe and inviting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and curb appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the property including walkways parking lots breezeways and common areas

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community on a daily basis

• Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing edging trimming weeding and watering

• Maintain flower beds shrubs and trees to enhance curb appeal

• Assist with trash compactor and dumpster area management

• Remove bulk items and prepare units/buildings for inspections

• Report maintenance issues safety hazards or vandalism to management promptly

• Assist maintenance team with light tasks as needed (e.g. changing light bulbs pressure washing)

• Ensure amenities (pool gym clubhouse etc.) are clean and presentable

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping landscaping or property maintenance preferred

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers blowers trimmers etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Basic knowledge of safety practices and the use of tools

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking bending lifting and standing
• Ability to work in heat cold and varying weather conditions
• Drivers Licenses (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background/Drug screening (Required)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform outdoor tasks as needed.
