Location: Johnson City TX
Pay: $20.00$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM4:00 PM

This is a full-time 40-hour per week position with the possibility of occasional overtime.

Position Summary

Join a great team and help maintain a clean safe and welcoming facility! We are looking for a dependable Porter / Janitorial Associate who takes pride in keeping workspaces spotless and organized. If you enjoy staying active have an eye for detail and work well in a team environment wed love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility.

• Deep clean offices restrooms break rooms and common areas.

• Sweep mop vacuum dust and sanitize work areas.

• Empty trash and recycling containers.

• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies as needed.

• Clean windows doors and other high-touch surfaces.

• Help maintain the exterior of the building including entrances and walkways.

• Perform minor maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility as needed.

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

• Assist with meeting room setup and breakdown as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial porter or custodial experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.

• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation with excellent attendance.

• High school diploma or GED required.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Successfully pass a drug screen.

• Successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check.
