Salary: $17.50/hr

Are you experienced in pool maintenance and passionate about safety and quality Do you take pride in keeping pools and spas operating at their best Join our Resort Operations team as a Pool Technician and play a critical role in delivering a safe clean and enjoyable water experience for our guests.

As a Pool Technician youll be responsible for maintaining resort pools spas and water features while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your expertise will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort operations.

What Youll Do:

• Perform daily inspections cleaning and maintenance of pools spas and water features
• Test and balance water chemistry including chlorine pH alkalinity and calcium levels
• Maintain accurate logs of water testing chemical usage and maintenance activities
• Operate inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps filters heaters and automation systems
• Identify safety concerns or equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
• Ensure all pool areas meet health safety and cleanliness standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to pool-related guest concerns or incidents
• Assist with pool openings closures and seasonal maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and resort policies
• Collaborate with maintenance housekeeping and resort operations teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
• Previous experience as a Pool Technician or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of pool systems equipment and water chemistry
• Familiarity with local and state health department regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be flexible to work days evenings weekends and holidays
