[POOL] Enrollment Specialist 2

Job Summary
This posting is for a pooled position. Application submissions for POOL positions are accepted on an ongoing basis to ensure a continuous and ready pool of qualified candidates for immediate review when the need arises. If/when a position becomes available the College will review applications from this pool and interview candidates whose qualifications best match the specific opening. Applicants must reapply to the pool annually to maintain their active status in the pool. Serves in a front-line leadership role responding to diverse questions about registration and other services of the Extended Learning programs. Trains PTNC staff in coordination with Registration duties and non-credit student services. Collaborates with college leadership faculty and staff to build and update registration systems that allow for an easy and positive experience for new and continuing students. Participates in outreach and retention efforts including leading communication campaigns focused on current students to support retention and increased enrollment into subsequent courses or programs.
