Responsibilities:
Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks including skimming vacuuming and chemical balancing.
Inspect pool equipment and report any issues to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety practices.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours including some Saturdays due to weather disruptions or holiday makeup days
Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Our United States operations are headquartered in our 10000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas TX. We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
