Job Title: Pool Attendant

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable energetic and service-focused Pool Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to creating a safe clean and welcoming pool environment for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivers exceptional hospitality with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and arrange umbrellas loungers and poolside furniture daily
- Ensure the swimming pool surrounding deck furniture and facilities are clean organized and safe
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Distribute towels assist with shade setup and accommodate guest requests
- Clear used towels glassware and trash in a timely manner
- Monitor guest activity to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Enforce all pool safety rules and facility policies
- Report any damages maintenance needs or incidents to a supervisor promptly
- Conduct daily inspections of the pool area and assist in managing the cleaning schedule
- Take guests food and drink orders and deliver to pool side
- Support overall pool operations as needed

Qualifications

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal communication and guest service skills
- Ability to lift and move pool furniture and equipment as required
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
- Professional appearance and friendly approachable demeanor
- Either have or be willing to obtain a food handlers permit
