Active unrestricted Podiatry or Podiatric Medicine license in any U.S. state or Territory

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from an accredited educational institution

Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program

BLS (AHA or ARC)

NPI

Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in outpatient podiatry ambulatory surgery wound care or a closely related practice setting.
