JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited institution
Licenses: Active unrestricted Podiatry or Podiatric Medicine license in any U.S. state or territory
Residency: Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program
Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC)
NPI: Required
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in outpatient podiatry ambulatory surgery wound care or a closely related practice setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions in an outpatient setting
Perform office-based podiatric procedures and wound care services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages
Educate patients on preventive foot care diabetic foot management and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated high-quality patient care
