Podcast & Content Manager

At Haven Home Health & Hospice we believe the right conversations can educate inspire and strengthen our community. Were looking for a creative storyteller to lead our award-winning podcast In Good Company: Age Better while helping shape Havens digital presence through engaging social media and content.

This isnt a typical marketing role. Youll be the driving force behind our podcast from finding inspiring guests and producing episodes to growing our audience and creating content that makes a lasting impact.

If you love connecting with people creating compelling content and bringing ideas to life wed love to meet you.

• Lead the production of In Good Company: Age Better from planning to publication.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals community leaders business owners and other inspiring guests.
• Record edit and publish professional-quality podcast episodes.
• Create engaging video clips graphics and promotional content for social media.
• Manage Havens social media channels and content calendar.
• Develop creative campaigns that support our home health hospice and private duty services.
• Monitor podcast and social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Help expand Havens reach through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

• Experience producing podcasts video or digital content.
• Strong video editing audio editing and content creation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Creativity balanced with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Passion for storytelling and creating content that makes a difference.
