Position Summary:
The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for leading complex cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise transformation strategic initiatives operational excellence and business growth through the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination Servicing Operations Technology Risk Compliance and Commercial organizations.
- Partner with business leaders to define scope success metrics operating models and implementation roadmaps.
- Develop and manage program plans milestones dependencies risks and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate executive meetings governance forums and decision-making sessions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations status updates business cases and recommendations.
- Identify risks dependencies and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies.
- Support product launches business readiness operational readiness and change management activities.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field is preferred.
- 7 years of project program or transformation leadership experience.
- Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance processes.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
