Job Summary

Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a PMO Management Analyst to support Kadiak and our government customer. The position is remote. This individual will serve in key designated roles including supporting enterprise records coordination geospatial data governance executive program operations and special initiative support. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams with minimal supervision in a fast-paced federal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Records Management & SharePoint Modernization:Serve in officially designated roles asContractor Records Coordinator (CRC)andAlternate Essential Records Liaison (AERL) supporting an Essential Records Program in alignment with Federal NARA policy continuity directives and COOP and supportenterprise-wide SharePoint environment modernizationefforts transforming legacy systems into fully compliant records-driven digital ecosystems across multiple -to-end data inventories metadata analysis and system mappingto support phased migration strategies aligned with NARA and agency records frameworks governance structures and operational workflowsthat standardize data handling and records management practices across organizational and implementSharePoint site architectures including permissions models content hierarchies and lifecycle management with theDepartmental Records Officer to validate PERM entries and ensure essential records retention disposition and lifecycle controlsaligned with NARA schedules and DOE and maintaindestruction/disposal filesusing PRO-sign certificates to ensure compliant removal of outdated dashboards and reporting mechanismsto track migration status risk posture and audit -level reportingon migration progress risk posture and compliance readiness for engagementacross federal and contractor teams to ensure alignment on data retention access controls and compliance migration trainingfor site owners and staff on data discovery permissions and post-migration -migration support operations resolving data conflicts access issues and system discrepancies in real Governance & Program Operations:Support enterprise-widegeospatial governance and data managementactivities under the Geospatial Data Act (GDA) serving as contractor point of contact for the Geospatial Science Program Management Office (GS-PMO).Facilitate and coordinate the development implementation and review ofpolicies practices and standardsrelating to the Geospatial Data Act of Inspector General (IG) auditsby assembling PMO artifacts preparing compliance documentation and participating in entrance/exit high-impactprogram artifactsincluding charters frameworks roadmaps communications plans staffing plans SOPs and RACI Executive PMO Core meetings GDA working groups Geospatial User Groups and Town Halls driving alignment across program -agency geospatial data calls metadata reviews and platform assessmentsto evaluate compliance with VAULT and FAIR data quality accessibility and interoperabilityacross geospatial platforms identifying gaps and recommending corrective Program Support:Coordinateconference booth operations including staffing schedules rotations content development and engagement strategies aligned with strategic -event logistics including dry runs equipment procurement booth assembly/disassembly and technical operations speaker transitions and technical demonstrationsto ensure smooth program inpost-conference hotwash sessionsto evaluate performance identify gaps and refine future conference asprimary point of contactfor attendee engagement introducing visitors to DOE innovation initiatives and program Program & Executive Support:Serve asContent Administrator maintaining site accuracy updating content and ensuring timely publication of program executive summaries leadership reports and status updatescapturing accomplishments risks and milestones for senior Boardswith analysis materials preparation and technical materials decision memos and leadership decksfor data analysis and program evaluationsto support enterprise assignmentsrequiring cross-functional coordination analytical rigor and strategic enterprise-widecompliance and special initiatives including processing and validating federal program data using platforms such as ServiceNow and workflows automated routing and leadership dashboardsto reduce manual processing time and improve data Required:Minimum offive (5) years of progressively responsible experiencein program management data governance records management or a closely related field within a federal or large enterprise experience supportingfederal records management programs including NARA compliance records schedules and essential records developing and maintainingprogram management artifactssuch as charters SOPs roadmaps and RACI supportingsenior-level executives and governance bodiesin a federal government Skills and Competencies:Exceptionalwritten and oral communication skillsin English with the ability to produce polished executive-level documentation and engage effectively with senior government officials technical teams and external management and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams inMicrosoft SharePoint including site architecture design permissions management content hierarchy development and lifecycle offederal records management frameworks including NARA regulations federal records schedules COOP requirements and essential records conductingdata inventories metadata analysis and system mappingin support of enterprise migration or modernization to develop and managecompliance dashboards reporting mechanisms and tracking toolsto monitor program status and audit experience facilitatingworking groups governance meetings and stakeholder engagement sessionsacross federal and contractor proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft to develop and delivertraining materials and user readiness supportfor federal staff and site preparingexecutive briefings decision memos and leadership withServiceNowor similar enterprise workflow and case management platforms including form development dashboard creation and automated withEsri/ArcGIS platformsand federal geospatial data supportinglarge-scale federal conferences or events including logistics coordination booth operations and stakeholder ofDOE governance bodies(EAGB IMGB Cyber Council) and federal IT governance withFITARA OMB Circular A-130 or other federal IT and information management policy authoring and maintainingintranet or knowledge management contentusing platforms such as Energy Hub SharePoint or
