Job Summary

Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a PMO Executive Administrator to support Kadiak and our government customer. The position is remote. This role spans three core functional areas: Executive Management Administration Executive Reception and Executive Scheduling. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-visibility federal government responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide comprehensiveexecutive-level administrative supportto the CIO Principal Deputy CIO Chief of Staff and five OCIOs across multiple functional areas high-priority calendarsfor senior leadership including scheduling and coordinating meetings appointments and engagements across internal and external and international travel arrangements including itinerary preparation lodging transportation logistics and travel voucher processing in accordance with federal travel edit proofread and distributereports briefings memoranda and presentationsfor senior-level meetings ensuring accuracy proper formatting and adherence to organizational as theprimary point of contact and executive receptionistfor internal staff government officials contractors and external visitors ensuring professional courteous and timely communication at all and manageincoming correspondence phone calls and email inquiries routing communications appropriately and drafting responses on behalf of senior leadership as and maintainconfidential files records and tracking systems ensuring documents are properly stored accessible and handled in accordance with federal information management and support thelogistical planning of senior-level meetings conferences and events including room reservations agenda preparation attendee coordination and minutes and follow up onaction items deliverables and deadlineson behalf of senior leadership to ensure timely in the preparation and processing ofadministrative documentation including correspondence personnel-related forms and procurement awareness of and adhere to policies procedures and protocolsgoverning executive operations and administrative special projects and performad hoc administrative tasksas directed by the Chief of Staff or senior and Experience:Required:High School Diploma or GED required;Associates or Bachelors degreein Business Administration Communications Public Administration or a related field experience managing complex calendars and scheduling for multiple senior-level officials coordinating domestic and/or international travel arrangements in a professional preparing and editing executive-level correspondence reports and presentation Skills and Competencies:Exceptionalwritten and oral communication skillsin English with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior government officials contractors and external and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced degree ofprofessionalism discretion and confidentialityin handling sensitive information and executive-level inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) with demonstrated ability to produce polished executive-quality documents and ability to manage and maintaincomplex calendaring systemsand scheduling tools for multiple senior serving as afirst point of contactfor senior leadership including managing executive reception functions and stakeholder to coordinatelogistics for meetings conferences and travelwith minimal supervision and a high degree of withfederal travel regulationsand experience processing travel arrangements and vouchers (e.g. E2 Solutions or similar federal travel management systems).Strongattention to detail with the ability to review edit and produce error-free written materials under tight to work bothindependently and collaborativelyas part of a cross-functional administrative Requirement:Ability to obtain and maintain aPublic Trust Desired Skills and Competencies:Prior experience providingexecutive administrative support within a federal government agency particularly within an OCIO CIO or IT governance withDOE or other Cabinet-level agencyadministrative policies procedures and usingfederal correspondence management systemsor document tracking offederal records management requirementsand best practices for maintaining confidential files and supportingsenior government executivesat the SES (Senior Executive Service) level or withcollaboration platformssuch as Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Teams or similar tools used in federal to take and transcribemeeting minutesaccurately and distribute in a timely Public certification or experience withofficial document processingis a or Bachelors degree in a relevant Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
