Job Summary

What Youll Do:

Welcome every guest with warmth enthusiasm and genuine hospitality ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Assist the host or hostess with seating guests and maintaining a smooth flow of service.
Present menus answer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food beverages wine pairings and menu preparation.
Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings daily specials wines and key ingredients to confidently guide guests in their selections.
Deliver attentive professional service that enhances each guests dining experience.
Accurately process payments and maintain compliance with all cash handling and financial procedures.

Requirements

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Weekends and/or Holidays.

Shift consists of Lunch and/or dinner 2pm to 9pm or 5pm to 12am.
Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity
Previous guest service experience is required.
Cash handling experience is preferred.
Conveys company information decision or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers.
Hearing writing typing.
Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must be licensed to serve alcohol.
Must possess unexpired or obtain an Indiana Server permit within 14 days of employment.
