The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction completion and financial outcome of a construction this position the Project Manager directs and supervises activities related to contract administration change orders submittals procurement project financial projections and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality profitable adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm FunctionsSafety: ZERO HARMLead Oversee and Educate Owners Subcontractors Team Members and Community on the Zero Harm safety culture and its project safety walks Participate in project safety meetings. Provide timely feedback and ensure that employees participate in the performance review RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Engineering or related years or more of commercial construction experience in project management on K-12 and or Higher ED Construction Both are not requiredFive to Ten years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools such as email the internet Procore Bluebeam Navisworks and Microsoft products (e.g. Word Excel Office Outlook).Experience with Financial reporting tools such as JD Edwards Power BI or similar construction application(s).PreferredRequirementsDSA/Public Works experienceOSHA 30DBIA and CCM Professional Certifications (preferred but not required)Local qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to base compensation range for the role of Project Manager in Imperial Valley CA posted above is $120000 to $160000 is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
