JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Lobby Attendant PM

Departments: Housekeeping

Supervision Exercised: None

Supervision Received: Housekeeping Manager / Executive Housekeeper

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Previous cleaning janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand walk and bend for extended periods.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to consistently work the PM shift from 3:00 PM11:00 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain lobby hallways elevators restrooms and public areas.
  • Dust sweep mop vacuum and polish surfaces as required.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
  • Ensure all furniture décor and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
  • Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
