Summary

As a PM Line Cook in our award-winning resorts kitchen youll work alongside a talented culinary team preparing dishes that showcase locally sourced ingredients and the regions flavors.

Were looking for a PM Line Cook who can...

• Prepare a variety of meats seafood poultry vegetables soups and other menu items using broilers ovens grills fryers sauté burners and other kitchen equipment.
• Take responsibility for the quality of food served and consistently follow portion sizes cooking methods and kitchen standards.
• Stock and maintain line stations with the proper levels of food and ingredients to support smooth service.
• Prep ingredients by portioning seasoning battering breading or marinating according to recipes and portion specs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Follow plating guidelines and ensures dishes are properly garnished before they leave the line.
• Properly handle store and rotate all food products to maintain freshness and food safety.
• Assist with prep tasks during slower periods and help with kitchen closing duties.

Qualifications for PM Line Cook

• 2 years commercial kitchen experience required
• Culinary Arts degree is a plus
• WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
• Evening and weekend availability required

• Physical Demands. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk hear and stand for extended periods. They frequently walk sit climb stairs demonstrate hand dexterity reach stoop kneel bend twist push pull or crouch. Occasionally the employee may lift or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision. The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration.
