Job duties:

As a Plumbing Service Technician with JD Service Now youll do more than just fix equipment youll be the bridge between technical know-how and customer care. That means confidently diagnosing plumbing systems clearly explaining your findings in a way customers can understand and asking the right questions to uncover their true needs. Youll perform full home assessments that highlight opportunities to improve comfort and when the time is right youll seamlessly turn calls over to our Sewer Sales team. At the end of the day its about showing customers the value of partnering with a team that truly has their best interests at heart.

• Technical know-how: Youve got at least 2 years in Plumbing experience and can confidently troubleshoot fix and explain systems like a pro.
