Heres What Youll Need:

  • Technical or Associate Degree from an accredited technical institution or college in plumbing/mechanical preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 15 years of experience in a MEP Design Environment
  • Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) preferred
  • Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems
  • Proficiency with Revit AutoCAD or other plumbing software
  • A demonstrated ability to solve problems communicate effectively to all key personnel manage time efficiently and produce correct designs within budgeted time

Ideally youll also have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering but not required
  • Pharmaceutical Industrial design experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Forward thinking eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide overall supervision of a team of approximately 8 Plumbing Designers and Engineers.
  • Perform plumbing design assignments for large pharmaceutical projects
  • Provide technical reviews of plumbing teams work and deliverables
  • Lead the team through department initiatives and workflows that include standardization and innovation

Location

  • This role is staffed out of our Cincinnati OH Indianapolis IN Conshohocken PA or Cary NC office as a hybrid position with approximately 3 days per week in the office on average as needed for projects.
