Compensation

$80000$110000 base salary plus a 10% performance bonus and separate weekend bonus opportunities

Schedule: FridayTuesday Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting and developing our residential plumbing technicians while keeping weekend operations running strong.

Youll spend a significant amount of time in the field coaching technicians completing ride-alongs driving performance and ensuring our customers receive the 5-star Radiant experience were known for.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead coach and develop residential plumbing technicians
• Provide in-field coaching through ride-alongs and site visits
• Track technician KPIs revenue performance and customer experience
• Hold technicians accountable to company goals and expectations
• Partner with Dispatch to ensure the right plumber is assigned to the right job
• Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations
• Reinforce ServiceTitan processes and operational standards
• Maintain high standards for workmanship safety truck inventory and customer service
• Conduct 1:1s team meetings and ongoing performance coaching
• Help build a positive competitive and accountable team culture

What Were Looking For

• Strong background in residential service plumbing
• Previous experience leading coaching or supervising plumbing technicians
• Strong understanding of KPIs revenue and technician performance
• Ability to coach both technical and customer-facing performance
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Plumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman or higher preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on positive and accountable leadership style
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Must be available to work FridayTuesday
