The company partners with owners developers and general contractors across commercial residential healthcare institutional and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through project closeout.
• Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting billing and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers vendors and project stakeholders.
• Supervise field operations to ensure safety quality and schedule compliance.
• Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare project reports and ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Project Management or a related field preferred.
• 510 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling budgeting contract administration and change order management.
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
