Were looking for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine plumbing maintenance diagnosing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

• Perform routine maintenance on residential plumbing systems including inspections leak detection and preventative repairs.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to customers.
• Maintain and repair water heaters faucets drains and other plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed parts used and completed tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to support service operations.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing kneeling and bending.
• Ability to work at heights such as on ladders or scaffolding.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor plumbing tasks.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform hands-on plumbing tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plumbing certification or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
