The Plumbing Estimator will conduct Takeoffs for Bid Spec Design Build and Small-Large Job quotes for the new construction in residential and commercial sector; prepare RFIs as-builts/close out documents; work closely with the Project Manager to complete tasks and projects (i.e. prepare and review documentation for contracts); communicate with suppliers vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing; closely monitor and process project variations and projects costs versus budget; manage bid requests and timelines; other related duties as assigned

MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 7-10 years experience in plumbing estimating or mechanical new construction industry
• Experience working on residential and commercial new construction commercial low/mid rise plumbing projects
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs prepare cost estimates and develop detailed proposals using estimating software and tools

SHIFT: Days 9:00am 5:00pm (Monday Friday).

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

• $70000 - $80000.00/year
