Salary: $65000 $75000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer/Engineer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of plumbing design experience and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop plumbing systems for commercial residential and institutional projects
• Prepare plumbing layouts plans specifications and construction documents
• Coordinate with architects engineers and project teams
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and industry standards
• Assist with project coordination and design reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing design/engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of domestic water sanitary vent and storm drainage systems
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with BIM coordination and Revit-based projects
• EIT or PE license is a plus but not required
