• Consult with residential and commercial customers to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and explain service options pricing and timelines clearly
• Collaborate with plumbing technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing products systems and industry best practices
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Support sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for plumbing services and products
• Document customer interactions and service recommendations accurately in company systems

• Prior experience in plumbing home services or a related trade field strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to explain technical plumbing concepts in a clear approachable manner
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM or scheduling software
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
