Job Description

Install and maintain all plumbing related utilities; such as: water sewer storm drain fire main steam condensate gas lines and air lines. Install and maintain related equipment such as: pumps valves boilers hot water tanks heaters food service equipment expansion joints and fixtures.

This position is designated as essential/emergency personnel.

Required Qualifications

A good working knowledge of plumbing and steam systems.

Valid Virginia drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Installation and/or maintenance of all plumbing related utilities; such as: water sewer storm drain fire main steam condensate gas lines air lines.
Experience with installation and/or maintenance of: pumps valves boilers hot water tanks heaters food service equipment expansion joints and fixtures.
Possession of or ability to obtain a DPOR Journeymans or Masters level Plumbing license.
