Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing projects including new installations remodeling repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints technical drawings and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes regulations and safety standards.
• Estimate materials equipment and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with clients contractors and team members to discuss project requirements timelines and progress.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Install repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes fixtures drains and water heaters.
• Cut thread and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld solder or join pipes using approved methods.
• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose complex issues or defects.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed materials used and project progress.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers apprentices and helpers.
• Stay updated with industry trends advancements and regulations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Plumber I or 2-4 years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes regulations and best practices.
• Extensive experience in interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems materials and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid drivers license.
