With a focus on providing talent for field/inside sales medical device support clinical support and medical affairs our TESO division has 10000 field professionals in more than 30 countries addressing physician and patient needs.
We are excited to announce that in partnership with Health Monitor we are currently looking for a Player/Coach to join our this position you will be responsible for promoting a product to specialty healthcare providers in an assigned territory. The Player/Coach is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining adoption and utilization of the product.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Player/Coach will among other things manage an assigned territory and detail health care professionals through outbound and inbound calls. You will contact the office staff of assigned accounts and identify key decision makers within the practice to include Physicians Medical Assistants Nurses Physicians Assistants Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals with the goal of developing relationships with those individuals. Ultimately your goals are to positively influence the ordering of our clients product while providing the best possible customer service delivering accurate product information and ensuring access to patient materials and programs. Additionally you may provide lead generation appointment setting recruitment for virtual lunch and learns as well as assist in recruiting for national meetings and general sales support for select brand representatives.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year College Degree preferred
Minimum 2 to 5 years Inside Sales Management Experience required
Minimum 3 years Customer service experience B2B territory
management/account management experience preferred
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Experience maintaining accurate records of all customer activities
Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory goals
Experience with Salesforce Veeva preferred
Advanced listening problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve
individual performance and customer experience
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
High work ethic reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs
Private quiet dedicated workspace required
Management of Customer Engagement Specialist Representatives
including quality compliance attendance adherence.
Development of Customer Engagement Specialist Representatives and
guidance in territory management and communications.
Handle performance reviews personnel issues discipline and termination of Customer Engagement Specialists
Player /Coach shall monitor calls: to develop and motivate Customer
Engagement Specialists for attainment of call objectives; to assess and
monitor activity and work schedules; to monitor and manage reporting by
Customer Engagement Specialists including call reporting and activity
reporting (when applicable)
Communicate with Client on regular and timely basis
Assist with the planning and delivery of training meetings

The potential base pay range for this role is $60000 - $65000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.About Company
