Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
The Player Development & Wellness Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Womens Basketball program in the areas of player development student-athlete wellness and basketball operations. This role assists in implementing development plans supporting team culture and contributing to the overall student-athlete experience on and off the court.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with on-court activities including skill development drills practice setup and player support
Provide day-to-day support and mentorship to student-athletes helping connect them with appropriate campus and program resources
Assist in the implementation of programs focused on life skills leadership and overall wellness
Help track and organize player development progress using video data and staff feedback
Coordinate logistics related to player development activities (scheduling workouts organizing materials etc.)
Collaborate with coaching staff and support services to enhance the student-athlete experience
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the head coach
